It's ineffective to approach bulimia and binge eating disorder recovery from an angle of forcefully controlling behavior. This wrong focus is why eating disorders are so hard to treat. Truthfully, no addiction or affliction can be overcome without discovering a true sense of self, establishing a healthy set of values and beliefs, and obtaining the physical vitality to enjoy life.

Eating disorder recovery can feel isolating, overwhelming and sometimes impossible. As your coach I make it my priority to keep you supported and active in your recovery and to give you guidance every step of the way. Through my extensive knowledge and training in wellness, nutrition and mental wellbeing, you are in safe hands. I provide 1 on 1 coaching sessions, twice per week and daily check-ins that keep you on track so you're never left feeling lost or alone.
My unique and effective program provides the structure and tools to eliminate disordered eating while getting to the root causes of the issue.
This program is divided into 5 categories that I call the 5 keys. Each key approaches healing from a separate facet and comes with a series of lessons, modules, and techniques that will be provided at every coaching session. These keys will unlock the door to your healing as you move through your journey of recovery and self discovery
Intention is the starting point of every achievement. Setting intentions empower you to take control of your decisions and life. Its about being the creator of your reality and willfully choosing how you want to live. Through intention you live a life of purpose.. on purpose. But no intention can come into formation without action. When you bring your actions into alignment with your intentions, you take control of your destiny. Key #1 provides you with tools to actively eliminate disordered eating patterns, to design the life you want to live, and to take action in obtaining it
In key #2 urges are not viewed as painful experiences to be fought or suffered through but as opportunities for growth and awareness. This key will provide you with the tools and techniques to stop over eating, concur cravings, reprogram habits and patterns, overcome anxiety, and obtain an inner peace and calm that is unshakable. Achieving not only a freedom from urges but a true sense of strength, harmony, and trust within yourself.
Nourishment is essential not only for physical health but for mental health as well. Nutrient deficiencies cause imbalance of hormones and brain chemistry which leads to anxiety, depression and out of wack hunger regulation. Correcting this imbalance is crucial for overcoming bulimia and binge eating disorder.
In this key you will form a healthy relationship with food using power techniques for a calm and satisfying eating experience. It provides you with the ideal eating plan, the peace of mind, and the knowledge and enthusiasm to bring your body and mind into a healthy vibrance you'll cherish
Having to decide everything you do each new day and to make decisions in every situation will leave a person exhausted and lost. A good routine will provide the structure to handle your days with ease.
Routines are made up of tiny actions. when repeated, these actions become automatic habits that no longer require effort or thought. If you make these routines enjoyable, they become rituals!
Key #4 provides you with the tools to structure your days in a enjoyable and useful way. You will learn techniques to utilize your time, remove stress and chaos from your days, and become present and at peace in each movement. Moments you'll want to experience, not escape
Self- actualization is the highest form of living. Its where your needs for survival are met and you're ready to develop and thrive, to realize your potential, and to accept and appreciate yourself and life.
key #5 is packed with the tools to get you there. Through this key you will not only become free from disordered eating but you become the person you are truly meant to be. The person who's actions are in alignment with what they really desire from life.
